Photonic Curing Device

In partnership with Ketagon Pte Ltd, leveraging on their LEDO conductive glass technology, we were able to find a proper use case relating to resin ultraviolet light 3D printing as the conductive glass allows for a clear base which allows the UV-light to disperse in a controlled manner with pre-determined positions increasing the effectivity and decreasing curing time. A proof-of-concept was made and showed promise with curing of the final coatings of resin on a 3D printed part becoming much more rigid and uniform.
